The Loincloth bikini trend of 2019

According to Elle Magazine it’s been dubbed the ‘loincloth bikini trend.’ Stick with us because the name isn’t so flattering but the bikini style certainly is!

You might be thinking of Brooke Shields in the 1980 film Blue Lagoon and you’re on the right track. The loincloth bikini trend in modern day is a high cut drawstring bikini bottom. The drawstring bottom gives you so much versatility, not to mention reduced tan lines if desired.
